Since
our founding in 1988, ICG has provided construction management and general
contracting services for interior tenant development, renovation, restoration
and select base building construction throughout the Chicago Metropolitan
Area.

ICG is signatory to the collective bargaining agreements for the laborers'
and carpenters' union. With the exception of general labor and demolition,
all construction on our projects is performed by subcontractors. By subcontracting
the actual labor, our project and field managers are able to focus on
supervising the project as a whole, maximizing cost and time efficiencies.
It also allows us to select the ideal subcontractor for each facet of
our projects, maintaining competitive pricing and quality construction.
ICG
controls field and overhead costs through an integrated job cost system
that allows management to review job cost information as a project is
in progress. We make adjustments and corrections as needed to increase
efficiency and provide a higher level of service to clients through improved
accuracy and timeliness.
ICG has an excellent safety record. We partner with our insurance carrier
and risk management consultant to maintain our quality safety program
and favorable insurance rating.
