The Fifth Third Bank flagship branch at Willis Tower had specific goals that ICG was able to accomplish in order to give 5/3 customers a modern banking experience. The goal is to give clients the “next generation” of banking – a new way of banking focused on an inviting and less intimidating environment. The space features a “transaction bar,” community kitchen with A/V, open areas with booth seating, and multiple private meeting rooms.
