ICG has been a member of the USGBC since 2005. Steve Zuwala, President, LEED AP, put his passion for green building behind the build out of ICG’s new space. Steve established the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and served as the LEED Project Team Administrator. The project achieved LEED CI Gold Certification. The ICG project team closely monitored every detail of the project to ensure the end result was fit for a client. Along with obtaining LEED CI Gold Certification, we implemented sustainable practices throughout ICG. We welcomed a new philosophy toward everything from electricity usage to indoor air quality. Our personal experience has allowed for us to branch out to clients who want to enjoy the same type of transformation for their own companies.
