To date, ICG has completed two projects for Motorola Solutions at the iconic Santa Fe building at 224 South Michigan Avenue. Each project encompassed one full floor, totaling roughly 46,000 square feet for Motorola’s U.S. Sales Headquarters. The space is modern but blends well with the more traditional feel of the building. With a central atrium and exterior windows the new office is filled with light. The idea of light and airiness continues throughout the space; which is dominated by white walls and pops of color. The glass tile walls in the pantry combine many of the colors found throughout the rest of the space.
