The Project: ComPsych
About the Space:
ICG was recently awarded ComPsych’s 24,000 sq. ft. expansion and the project is already underway. ComPsych is the pioneer and world's largest provider of employee assistance programs, servicing more than 45,000 organizations and 100 million individuals throughout the U.S. and 160 countries. ICG has previously completed work for them. Located in NBC Tower, this space will act as a call center as well as house private offices, conferencing rooms and a large pantry/lunch area.
What Makes It Unique:
The view at NBC Tower is spectacular and ComPsych’s design allows for everyone to enjoy it. Instead of having private offices line the windows, the space is surrounded by work stations allowing the natural light to permeate the whole floor. Once finished, the space will hold 186 people in work stations and private offices throughout the office. This space will also feature a large amount of AV and conferencing capabilities in order to accommodate for their frequent and potentially complex technology usage.
The Impact:
This space will allow for ComPsych to expand their already impressive resume. On top of this, the natural sunlight enjoyed by all will make for a more productive, healthier, and happier work space.
