Not the typical law office, Cheng Cohen is located in River North and has a contemporary loft design. The space features a 14-person conference room, along with other, smaller conference rooms. The kitchen and lunch room feature booth seating to allow comfortable, convenient seating options. Decorative floor topping for concrete appearance was installed throughout. The floor was previously multi-tenant with an inefficient HVAC system. A new HVAC system including air handlers and duct work was installed.
